The TTC training facility focuses more on subway and commuter/passenger rail operations using current equipment; CNR's facility seems to be a little more "generic" in nature, and doesn't have the variety of equipment currently used on passenger and commuter rail lines or the ability to use such equipment for training. Still, the writer should've done more research and made mention of the CNR facility, since the TTC's facility serves a similar purpose (and was probably the inspiration for the TTC tunnel facility).
