Looks like Neptune Terminals is about 1/5th the size of Roberts Bank in terms of storage. Because of this, I would think that bulk storage of such a unique "blend" of coal would be at the larger facility.

How often does this train come north, and does it have any connection to the Roberts Bank weekly (if it still runs)? Still running over the MRL along the way?
