They won't turn a profit running excursions from the Boardwalk to Davenport and back. With the exception of the Napa Valley Wine Train and maybe the Grand Canyon Railway, there are few excursion railroads that turn a profit much less one worth mentioning. They certainly won't be running excursions south of Santa Cruz with the condition of those trestles. They must have some secret business plan or customers they aren't revealing (like NWP did) since they seem confident enough to squander resources on show-off excursion to nowhere for a few wealthy or esteemed individuals. ProBuild, if they start shipping by rail again won't provide much revenue at a few cars per month.
