In the full sized images, it appears to be smaller than rail and drapes over bumps etc. like heavy hose, pipe, or cable. It may, although I'm not sure, come down from the building on the far left and across the concrete, then take a 90 degree turn up the tracks. It has too sharp of kinks for ribbon rail, but appears contiguous, not like individual lengths.
