The CCT 70 was listed as an active, serviceable unit at Eureka during NWPY's brief tenure of operation in 2001. In fact, in June of that year the 70 was fired up and used for a one-time only special move of a passenger car in Eureka proper. To the best of my knowledge, it hasn't turned a wheel since.
