I-5 corridor rail freqs

Going to be traveling the length of I-5 here shortly and wanted some input of road channels between Seattle and LA.

I have the Washington and Oregon freqs down, at least to Eugene, but from there it has been so long since I have traveled this route and I am sure that the channels have changed, that I am inquiring to you folks out there with the knowledge.

I don't plan to deviate from I-5 at all, so just what ever is the main freq lets say from Eugene (I think 160.32MHz), through Dunsmuir, Sacramento, staying right on the 5 down into L.A. Just the main road channels will do. The inland exSP(UP) main that parallels 99, and perhaps the coast line from San Jose even though I know I wont hear the trains

Thanks in advance.
