Here's some more interesting news on the continuing saga of the CHSRA IOS fiasco in the San Joaquin Valley.

The previous schedule was pure nonsense, so is this one. Remember, these HSIPR funds, having been "programmed" for this segment, now have to be fuully "expended" by September 30, 2017, or they will lapse. It is unlikely the Courts will begin any significant hearings on most of the pending lawsuits until after the new year, so expect further delays.
