I am all for this as long as it doesn't take federal tax dollars. But these guys better have a solid business plan. Will there be gambling allowed on the train? Will the amenities be comfortable? Will the food service be "rail" worthy? Will this be a daylight ride or will it be overnight?

I'm guessing UP doesn't have capacity issues on this line.

If this endeavor is successful, maybe MRL will bring back it's vacation train.
