There are only two trains involved. As was explained to you several times now, the schedules are set so there is no real overlap. Within a minute of the 4:15 Christmas Town departure clearing the (geographical) east wye switch heading up the Davenport side, the inbound unloaded Lights Train was through the switch off the Olympia Branch (its mainline to/from Felton) and on down to the Boardwalk.
It left with a fully loaded train at 5:00pm on the dot, and was in tbe clear back onto the wye as the Christmas Town train was a few minutes away rolling through the last crossings on the Westside. Rinse, repeat as the Lights Train came back in unimpeded on its return. It is currently leaving the Boardwalk now for its 6:30 departure with plenty of time to spare. The wye/start of the Olympia Branch is mere blocks from the loading area, negating the need for any additional track. I would expect them to work out a similar schedule coordination for the trains next Summer.
It has been great seeing and hearing 2 trains rolling through town this evening. While in shorts with the top down no less as it was still in the 60s at dusk. Hard to beat.
