For some mysterious reason known only to the Internet geeks, PhotoBucket starts without showing the libraries. If you click on the circled > which appears on the left side of the screen towards the top, the library list then appears. This thing is a toggle which shows (>) or hides (<) the library list.

With the libraries shown You can then click on each library to see the pictures in that library.

Don't feel too bad; it had me going for awhile, too. I am still getting used to PhotoBucket.
