Word is that the train ended due to a combination of low ridership and skyrocketing fuel prices.

The owners have a stated desire to operate a dinner train service on their Portland-Vancouver Junction Railroad, which operates the old Lewis & Clark/Chelatchie Prairie/Longview Portland & Northern/Northern Pacific line from Rye Junction to Yacolt. Perhaps the train will appear on that line someday.
