Sammie, I agree with your comments regarding the SOW's prospects in the Portland area. The operation had played out the Seattle market to a certain degree. Moving the operation to the "scenic" Tacoma run, ( From skid row to the Meth labs !!! ) did nothing for bookings.
Having ridden the SOW 6 times on its' former route, I must agree with the need for smooth track. The poor condition of the BNSF Woodinville sub was most evident when sitting in one of the Domes, where the window blinds would often " clear the tables " when traveling the rough spots.
