Latest on the GNP Railway/Eastside Freight Rail

Good evening,

I'm trying to catch up on what's going on with Tom Payne's GNP Railway, DBA Eastside Freight Rail between Bellevue and Woodinville, WA. The January Railroads Illustrated has a bit about a Eastside Community Railroad buying the line from the bankruptcy trustee, yet this article seems to paint a much more complicated picture:

I suspect "Eastside Community Railroad" may be the former CFO referenced in the article.

Glad I shot this one when a did a couple of years ago!

Any insights are greatly appreciated.
