Novato is DENIED again on their appeal a temporary injunction to halt ALL repairs on the NWP

Found out today from the NCRA. Novato’s appeal to stop work on the NWP was denied. Date 6 Nov 2007. Shall we all celebrate? I think, so. Next drama on the this lawsuit, Dec 11th. Even with Novato’s ongoing requests for records, they still couldn’t convince a judge to stop work. Remember this is the big blow Hank reported on.
