He probably wouldn't even try the first shot, or even approach, if he had darn good reason to actually believe you are well trained and well armed.

But of course - in Kaliphonyia, he has no good reason to believe that at all - does he!
Hence the common miscalculation by criminals that the ordinary citizen is easy prey; which leads to a lot more gun play than would otherwise have happened.

But just try to tell that to your hypocritical gun-toting Senator Feinstein (she can have hers, but you can't have yours). Kaliphonyia and all such ilk in it, will be the un-doing of this nation yet!
