I'll admit, I'm not much of a supporter of burning coal, especially where there are no laws to allow people to even breath relatively clean air. If it goes to China, not only will it worsen their alread bad air, but more acid rain is going to fall on the west coast, including where I live.

But, if it has to happen, don't ruin these peoples land, put the damn tracks in a tunnel under them! I'm a railfan/historian but there are times past and present where money and power has had far too free a hand at taking.
