As I've said in previous posts, we update our bid packages for the conveying equipment for the
gravel operations that are discussed on about a six month basis. The three parties who will
remain nameless at their request are all interested in sand and gravel operations along the Eel.
With that being said I would add that starting those operations depends not only on the railroad
but also the whim of the politicos in permitting said operations. 80% of all the groundwork for
the permits is in place but that leaves only the actual operating permits to be done. Will there
be sufficient demand for that much rock when the line reopens? Who knows, but CEMEX has also
entered the picture recently and they've become pretty savvy in the aggregate game.
