Talgo Problem?

Last Saturday (Feb 16) I saw morning NB Cascades in Mount Vernon with Superliner equipment instead of Talgo. Last night I went to make reservations for a VAC-SEA trip and saw there was no business class option, so I'm assuming it's not Talgo. Anyone know why Superliners are on this run instead of Talgo?
