Conductresses?

From the newsletter put out by the "X Train" people, here's what their "conductresses" will look like.

So this is how the image of a railroad conductor is evolving?

It's a good thing "Shack", the train conductor played by the late Ernest Borgnine in "Emperor of the North" isn't around to see this.
