Rail grinding train in Suisun

I saw a rail grinding train in Suisun today, but I don't have a scanner to listen to dispatchers.Does anybody know when or where I may be able to see this griding train in operation ? I live a few blocks from the tracks and I heard a horn that sounded different about a half hour ago, but wouldn't know which way to go looking for it or how far to go.
