Coast Starlight Detour status

Is the south bound Coast Starlight still scheduled to detour Bakersfield/Tehachipi on March 13?
Maybe I'm looking in the wrong place but I can't find any mention of the detour on the Amtrak website under Service disruptions or on the purchase ticket page.
