England hasn't had a King since 1952. You are probably talking about the royal trip in 1939 with George V and Queen Elizabeth.
Eisenhower was the last big time funeral train in this country. Presidential planes seem to be the standard now so I don't expect to see too many funeral trains in the future.
One that was not mentioned was Warren Hardings funeral train. He died in San Francisco on Aug 2, 1923. His train left 3rd and Townsend at 715 am Aug 3, 1923 and used the Dumbarton cutoff to head East via Stockton and Donner Pass. It used a helper engine over Altamont pass. This was most likely the longest route milage wise for a funeral train in the US at 3,000 miles.
