Kettle Falls International question

Tuesday 11/20, An empty welded rail train headed north in the BNSF Spokane-Chewelah train. Some of the cars had "TV" reporting marks. I wonder if they are going to begin lifting rail on the unused portion of the Sanpoil line. Anybody know for sure?
