Whats Going on the McCloud??????????

Early morning On March 13, 2013 I got board and wanted to take a hike up the McCloud Tracks, of course my friends didn't come with me. I heard once there was a snow plow derail and in the ditch some where, so I wanted to find it, but what I found was a lot different I came across this derailed McCloud railway locomotive number 37, as I took this picture I saw a white truck coming up the tracks with what looked like a blue logo with a duck or something I don't know. So I hid knowing I was trespassing. It looked like the three man crew was trying to re-rail the locomotive but I didn't stay long. Does anyone else have any info on what happen here and more history of the McCloud Railway??????
