I should add that, while I just loved that GP30, I also have a soft spot for GP7s and am looking forward to a long relationship with the 1617. It has been interesting, getting used to a different loco, as there are some subtle differences. The 2253's last trip was 11/1 and 1617's first trip was 11/8.

After a slow period in September, business on the Geiger Spur has been good recently. We will be running tomorrow morning (Mon 11/26/07) and I understand there are 8 loads of steel waiting.
