Considering the post Mr Phillips made on the Crossett and Western which hurls some pretty defamatory accusations that seem like something from somebody with an axe to grind or somebody a little on the edge I won't loose any sleep about 19. Additionally I'd imagine 19's lean holders would not be pleased if the engine they apparently have a substantial investment in were cut up for scrap.
Does anyone know if the ownership of the YW red caboose now in Elgin has been determined? Rumor has been that WURA was going to put a lean on it provided it actually is the property of Mr. Hammond.
