to be clear, Skip Berg is on the Operators board, not the NCRA's board. i'm at a loss to understand what the big deal is with who is on the operator's board. the operator is a private enterprise who would like to ship their island mountain rock by rail. big deal. they would also like to hook up rail service with the their ferry business. another big whoop. i just dont see the controversy.
