Just think if deregulation had come a few years earlier, and the motivation go after business that came with it----MILW would have become a busy, busy railroad. Tunnels already at double stack standards---(line was already good for tri-level autoracks with a trolley wire to clear, no overhead wire by then and so line would have easily cleared double stacks.) Oh, the lost potential and capacity!!!
