Sorry to upset you with the posting but here is my rational. First of all, the people he affected by his act include the railroad workers, their families, his family, the emergency responders, and the general public who will think of trains as a mode complete such a disgusting act. If he had problems he should have sought help instead of turning to a mode of transportation to end his life. First, it must have been a slow and disgustingly painful death because he undoubtedly lived for a few minutes after as the train travels pretty slow. Second, there are other ways to end your life which affect only the person committing the act. Finally, what a legacy to leave your children, if he had any as a self executioner unable to deal with what God has so gratiously given us in human life. In closing, as a member of the OERM, I can't wait to see what this thoughtless act does for our insurance premiums, possible lawsuit payout (including legal fees, court time, retainers, and so on), operational restrictions outside of the museum grounds and reputation as a safe organization. After all, would you like to have your child's birthday party in our birthday caboose after we killed some one?
Respectfully submitted and feel free to "ban' me if you see fit after reading my rebuttal.
