Lots of Rain in PNW

We're approaching record 24-hour rainfall in western Washington (5" in 24). Amtrak's shut down Vancouver BC to Eugene. Haven't seen anything specific in terms of any slides. Anyone have more specific operational restrictions for any lines in this area?
