Better to rebuild along the Eel than waste the money to go over the hill to Dead Bluff. Both ideas are a waste of money but the Eel would be the most plausible.

Lets be honest what is Humbolt gonna ship. Bales of pot loaded into boxcars? The Enviro Nazis have chased all the industry away up there.
