Reminds me of some of my favorite scenes on the legendary Darjeeling Himalayan Railway where the Toy Train goes right down the middle of narrow village streets just barely clearing the market wares on the sides. Common nuisances for the vendors are the youngsters who hop on the train and swipe produce items as they pass by. NIMBYs or no, that little train commands the scene wherever it goes, and even with coal-smoking steam!
