Use Canada Signals here in USA for a UNIFORM system

OK then in the interest of greater safety and uniformity the USA needs to simply adopt the Canadian Signal Rulebook. This way ALL trains in the USA and Canada would operate according to the SAME playbook.
That would be the best possible way to arrive at a UNIFORM North American Signaling System.
With all the modern run thru trains from Canada into the USA this would be the perfect solution.
There is simply no good reason to continue having many, many different signal rules here in the USA.
Why reinvent the wheel here in the USA???
Simply COPY the Canadian signaling rulebook.
Imagine having the very same signal rules from San Diego and Miami to Edmonton and Toronto !
That would be the best possible solution for everyone.
