First, common sense has nothing to do with the FACTS!!!! Mr. Echols is not running a police department, and is not a chief of police. Nor is he portraying to be a chief of police. That is your first error in 'common sense'. Secondly, if we were to take a look at municipal police agencies throughout the U.S., many of them could be categorized as a 'scam'. Let's be honest, there are more problems and corruption with municipal agencies than have ever been cited with railroad police agencies. Oh, and, there is case law to prove it, and that's not 'common sense'; it's actually cited legal cases. New businesses are founded every day, so are police agencies, why so critical of this one??? I was referred to this site by a police agency in the L.A. area. I am surprised to see the lack of intellect and ability to objectively discuss a matter. These people spend more time focusing on grammar and punctuation than discussing the topics at hand. This is a 'website'/'discussion board', not an English paper. An open forum discusses matters, people don't stop the speaker to tell them they pronounced a word incorrectly. The level intelligence truly is surprising for a website that came so highly recommended.
