Request info on Redwood City Docks and Univar USA

Does anyone know what the story is behind the little switch engine and the various cars stored at the en of the dock line in Redwood City?

I was researching Univar USA (San Jose and Redwood City) and noticed this.

I had a family member who used to work for Univar and was looking at their sites. Appears they also take rail loads. Anyone have any new on them?
