For Fred and the other flat-earthers. Kalifornia produces lot of electricity. CA still has a nuke plant in operation. But CA has 10% of US poulation (SD County 1%) so, yes Virginia, CA buys electricity from out of state. Cut us off? Sure, and go sell it to who? Kaliforia (not Socal) has mandated to reduce it's carbon footprint. What's that you say Lassie? Why would anyone want to park in the shade of a solar panel on a sunny day?
