What is the common denominator in these takeovers? Are the parent corporations that pull this off located in the US? Are the financial pressures of corporate existence in California making these companies ripe for the picking? Are the regulations and taxes foisted on these companies weakening them to the point that they cannot defend against takeover? I believe that the fine state of California is doing everything that can be done to drive industry out of the state in the interest of restoring California to its natural condition so as to become a retirement paradise where there is NO pollution or industrial buildings corrupting the landscape . We are being governed by a group of NIMBYs and rabid environmentalists that would be overjoyed to outlaw all man made influences on the state. there, hornets nest has been kicked! Now what?
