Centralia

Spent some time in Centralia last week, before the flooding, for the Thanksgiving holiday and am now back in the Midwest. Was wondering, saw where the PSAP wyes off the BNSF and goes west. The PSAP went through a junction with another shortline that seems much less travelled. It went north between the PSAP and I-5. Does this line (I think Tacoma Rail) see much traffic and how far south does it go. Also saw a train with mostly lumber come south on PSAP and drop its train just east of the wye with BNSF and went into the yard light, but why did it have six big UP six axle engines? Were these leasers or why were they on this RA line? Thanks.
