Is Altamont Press still in business?

I would like to get a California Timetable and maybe a Central West Timetable, but I have a couple of questions:

1) Are they reasonably up to date?
2) When I search, I see that newer versions of the California Timetable were available than the one that's offered in the store. Why?
3) Is the UP line between Roseville and Sparks covered in the California Timetable? (Donner Pass) How about the Central West Timetable?
