Yea, It's funny. Until you recall the Cajon Pass runaway wreck...
But it did show the mentality of the unknown Espee employee ( no doubt a train crew member ) who wrote it.
And I too am wondering what WP & DRGW had to do with the double - stack concept. WP could not even run double - stacks through Feather River Cyn. until they notched the tunnels for increased clearence.
