You might recall someone posting something a few weeks ago when Spencer (a UP Conductor) made racist comments. UP issued a press release for that.

Now, Spencer is in trouble again. He was "joking" about being a pedophile, and liking them when they're around 4 years old----especially when there's pictures of the kids in basements. I have no clue how he considers this a "joke". But once again, UP issued another press release about him:

So does anyone know how this works? If someone is on leave to be on a TV show and they say things that are unacceptable, do they get to come back to work like normal since what they did was not "on the job"? Or do UP employees have a "morality clause" (or something similar, like police officers do) where your off-duty behavior can not cross certain lines?

The "live" eviction is tonight at 9PM on CBS----it's supposed to be a double-eviction, so he could go tonight. However, for those who follow this show, everyone who is currently in the house is now "locked in" until the very end of the season because tonight's two houseguests that are kicked out will become the first two members of the jury. I'm sure this will make them all happy, because now they are guaranteed the full stipend from CBS, which I believe is $750 per week (and it's 13 weeks I think?).

BTW, Spencer is not the only in trouble when he gets out and learns about all of these things. Two other houseguests have already been fired from their jobs for racist remarks---but they don't know it yet. This has been a REALLY weird season of Big Brother.
