All of the employers I have worked for have a "Code of Ethics" policy in their respective employee handbooks. As an employee, on or off the job, you are considered a representative of the company. Failure to abide by the code of ethics provides the employer cause for termination. I do not know what union agreements have for such behavior but I would expect there would be similar language in this day of political correctness.
