U.S. Mat Systems moves to Winton

A company named U.S. Mat Systems is moving into the old Longview Mill site in Winton (WA). One of the reasons for the move is access to rail. I'm not familiar with the company (which is moving form Oregon) so does anyone have any idea of how much traffic either in or out they might generate, and would it be enough for BNSF to crank up the Merritt local?
