Public scoping meetings will be held from 4:00 to 8:00 pm at the following locations:
LONGVIEW: Tues Sept 17th, 2013 Cowlitz Expo Center, 1900 7th Ave.
SPOKANE: Wed. Sept 25th, 2013 Spokane Convention Center, 334 Spokane Falls Blvd.
PASCO: Tues. Oct 1st. 2013, The Trac Center, 6600 Burden Blvd.
VANCOUVER: Wed. Oct. 9th, 2013, Clark County Fairgrounds, 17402 NE Delfel Rd, Ridgefield, WA
TACOMA: Thurs. Oct 17th, 2013, Tacoma Convention Center, 1600 Broadway.
