Been watching the weather maps lately and noticing a lot of precipitation in eastern Washington and was wondering how soft things were going to get for that frail track---how many total on the ground? (Have they solved their motive power problems yet?) Has the WSDOT decided yet on what trackwork projects (& upgrades) they are gonna allow W&I and EWG to do? Mr. Kelly, don't cheer too loud over that water agreement, it has lots of strings attached as to how it gets used---it will help but.... Lots of rumors about the Camas Prairie right now, but so far the former Grangeville line is only being used for car storage. I doubt Watco is kicking themselves at all, they are only into sure things that are constant year to year, require little upkeep, and have potential for a big pay off should they want to bail out. They are licking their wounds since the STB tanked their deal with NS.
