The Modoc Line itself did not generate much traffic for Espee. Almost all the trains on the line hauled overhead traffic traveling between Oregon and Ogden, UT. Forest products were generated in Klamath Falls and Lakeview, OR., as well as Susanville,CA.
I believe most of the Modoc Line was non - signaled, so it would have been dispatched by train orders then TWC.
