I remember after March 3, 1970 and all my favorite Hill based lines lost their paint schemes to Cascade Green - how much I hated the Burlington Northern colors!

The colors haven't changed after 30 some years - so maybe I have. That old SD-9 looks great painted up like new and brings back memories of the first time I ever saw a BN green locomotive. Considering all things that have happened in my personal life and railroading in general since then - I guess I would gladly go back and re-live the 1970's and Cascade Green.

This time around I think I would take more pictures.
