Boxcars in Hillsboro, Oregon area coming from where?

Does anyone know where the KCS boxcars are coming from on the line between Hillsboro and Beaverton? I keep seeing multiple KCS boxcars, but as far as I know there are NO shippers that use boxcars in Hillsboro or on any of the connecting lines to Seghers, Banks, North Plains, Forest Grove. It's a real mystery and it's driving me crazy every time I see these cars. They are always on the local that comes out of Hillsboro in the morning going east. That train also hauls centerbeams of lumber. Who uses boxcars? I am very familiar with all of these lines and have never seen a shipper loading boxcars in this area. Anyone?
