More BNSF double track on the Lakeside Sub.

BNSF has a contractor working on the right of way west of Lind, WA on the ex-NP Spokane to Pasco Lakeside Subdivision. Trains Magazine's Newswire reports that they are extending double track from Sand, which is the current eastern end of the double track over Providence Hill, to Lind. They also mentioned that as part of this project one of the concrete pillars that were part of the Milwaukee Road's bridge will be demolished. It was still intact on 10/29.

FYI, the road over Providence Hill is now open again. Good news is the rebuilding didn't affect any of the access or photo sites at the top of the hill.
