The 91 extension to Perris will be a great relief to the commuters in the 15 and 215 corridors. Weekend service is operated on almost all Metrolink lines serving counties that provide operating funds from sales tax, and even part of the Ventura County line to Moorpark (which doesn't provide a sales tax subsidy). Weekend services are well used and quite popular on many routes. It is my understanding that this line will provide weekend service to Perris, making OERM very accessible and providing an improved economic base for tourism in a pretty depressed area.

The nattering nabobs of negativism and the usual mouthy "Know-nothing" trolls, aside, this is a project long overdue.
